Shipping and Warranty

From date of purchase I need a maximum of 48 hours to fulfil and package orders so they can get to you as safely as possible. Tracking numbers will be provided as soon as I generate a Tracking number.

Free shipping will take 5 to 8 business days, and Standard shipping will take 3 to 4 business days and price will vary on your location. 

Warranty:

I have a one year warranty on anything I make. 

My warranty covers any of the wire wrapping I have done. Loose wire and stone, or broken wires.

It does not include damage to the stone itself. Stones can break if not taken care of properly. Certain stone can not be in contact with water for long periods of time, other will fade if left in the sunlight for too long. Please see my stone care section for details. 

There is also a saying that when a stone breaks it has fulfilled its purpose. However if your stone does in deed break, please reach back out to me. I will take each issue, case by case to see how to resolving the issue.
